Founder and Managing Partner at Syntroph, driven by a singular mission to transform human potential into business advantage. With distinguished background in global consulting and large corporations, he has dedicated his career to solving the most complex organizational challenges. His expertise was honed in the financial services, technology, transportation, and public sectors, where he was entrusted to build corporate academies and lead large-scale organizational transformations. A certified executive coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and serial entrepreneur, Tery brings a rare blend of analytical rigor, strategic vision, and practical ingenuity to every client engagement, ensuring that their people strategy becomes their greatest source of competitive edge.


Dr. Eugene Cheong

Academic Advisor at Syntroph, bringing a unique blend of deep academic rigor and extensive corporate HR leadership. With a Doctorate in Business Administration and the background as a HR leader in the multinational oil & gas sector, he specializes in managing complex global mobility, compensation strategy, and organizational development. Concurrently, he held the role as a senior lecturer for premier universities in strategic HR management. The blend of real-world application and academic rigor allows him to provide clients with insightful, evidence-based strategies that are both theoretically sound and pragmatically executable.


Mark Lim

With over 20 years of experience, he has led global digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance initiatives across multiple industries.
